Data Entry Portal
With fully customizable user permissions. AthletesLounge allows you to have
data entry done at any computer anywhere with a web connection. Do you have
multiple data entry helpers? No problem, your data entry portal will keep track
of who entered what and when. At last, you have found seamless integration.
Event Details Site
You supply the content, upload photos, event graphics, etc. to drive an
event details page displayed graphically rich to the screen, as well as on a
form specifically formatted to print out on paper with the simple click of a
button. Driving directions to the event site and 2 customizable links to your
sponsors, event website, or any other event specific need, are also included.
Accounting Reports
AL has automated templates to help you track your entries: after all,
everyone wants to be informed the moment they get richer, right? AL provides
live, up to the minute reports on registration totals for processed orders,
hand entered orders, and pending registrations. Reports are available by date,
event, category or a combination thereof.
Confirmations
Create a custom confirmation message to be displayed upon completion of
an online registration. Allow participants to search for themselves
amongst all of your events, and see what they are confirmed for.
Registration Search
Browse your database just as you would when using RunScore or MS Access.
Search your database for confirmed athletes and non-confirmed athletes in order
to change their status, sub event or registration details. No necessary
downloading, uploading, or hassles of merging and searching various lists.
Address Management
Reduce the number of bounced emails and returned mail by pulling data
specific to your participants, via their latest registration. Last years
participants may have moved, but we have tracked them to their new location
by monitoring address changes submitted at events throughout the year.
Athlete information will not be available to anyone without admin
priveleges. Athletes have the option to specify whether or not they wish to
receive notices about future events.
Online Donations/Fundraising Programs
Whether you are fundraising thru AL or simply want a page to describe a charity
you are collecting for, AL has the solution. Our Donations program directly links to
your event, allowing the casual browser to access your donations page directly thru
your event listing on several different calendars. To help raise funds, we offer three
fund raising levels (Individual, Fund Raiser, and Group/Team).
Broadcast Email
An ease to use, step by step process guides you through the process of
sending out late breaking news to participants, in bulk, prior and post event.
Need to query only a select group of athletes? No problem, the tools are
